First order of business would be to quit spending time, energy, and money on creating new "gun safety" laws for the citizens of the U.S. and enforce what we already have. That should allow plenty of time for other priorities

Next would be to create a proper border on both sides.

Then stop treating terrorists like they have rights. Who gives a $hit if they are tortured. They are beheading innocent people daily....and we give them "rights" like they are a civilized people.
