Is the ATF NFA Branch open today September 1st 2023?

I know some federal branches are closed the 1st through the 4th and have a pending form 1. Was wondering if anyone was in the office today or if they are closed for the holiday.

I have been seeing Form 1's take randomly anywhere from 17 days to just shy of a year, so JMHO, them being closed a day or two isn't likely to make much difference, but maybe call them?
