I call BS!
And I hate to admit this, But I have forgot.....no, I missed a shell, 2 separate times with powder while doing full tray of 50 rounds at a time. Luckily I found this out while at the range and when I check the casing/bullet, it didn't look like it pushed the bullet out at all, and especially lodge into the chamber.
