I have the approved Form 6, I guess since it's empty brass (200 x .375 Win) it sailed through the ATF in a matter of days, impressive I thought.Yes. You need an approved form 6 and you are not going to get one as a non licensee. You fill out the permit , get it approved, send it to the seller who includes it int he package and when it goes through customs they will probably send it to you if its a small order. Otherwise its sent to your customs broker.
They are really haphazard about approving those. One day they'll tall you you need to be a licensee the next they just approve anything. Hard agency to love. If they approved you with no broker just go for it. 90% of the time they never ask for the part B anyway.I have the approved Form 6, I guess since it's empty brass (200 x .375 Win) it sailed through the ATF in a matter of days, impressive I thought.
Your comment about a customs broker, what is that? I know for a fact I don't have one.
Maybe they took pity on me for importing .375 Win brass? In my defense when I started the process I couldn't get brass anywhere here. They are really haphazard about approving those. I've run out of patience with star line. How much are you importing?Maybe they took pity on me for importing .375 Win brass? In my defense when I started the process I couldn't get brass anywhere here.
I know now that as long as you have a bit of patience Starline will eventually do a run of hard to get calibers such as .348 Win.
200 cases. I don't need them as I have enough now, and I don't even shoot it that often.I've run out of patience with star line. How much are you importing?
Oh, I thought you were talking bulk.200 cases. I don't need them as I have enough now, and I don't even shoot it that often.
