Well I would hope not!!!! He was doing his JOB.

The thing I do not understand is you on the video you can see the bank robber holding the gun when he enters the bank. The guard was not paying attention at first since he was looking to the side instead of at the front entrance all of the time. Glad it ended OK with bank robber killed.

Maybe I am just being picky.
