I always hate when bills get combined and then certain* parts are left out...attaching to other bills completely unrelated esp. infuriate me.

Pass a one page document, 31 days made to the public prior to congress voting, then they can vote.

tax law, gun law, state law,....whatever....... should be able to put on one page IMO. RANT over.
