Anyways, I have a distiller here. Cost me around $400. Will distill perfect Pure Water (pH 7.00, 0.00ppm TDS) from MudPuddle Water, DitchWater etc. All Stainless and Glass Construction. Size of a Coffeemaker. Makes .8 Gallons in every 3-Hour run.

What brand/model do you have? I'd like to do a bit of research into that?
Thanks!
Chris

If a high volume rate is not required, very high quality water can be obtained by use of chemistry lab type distillation setup.

I would also suggest using a de-ionizing cartrige with the filtered water to feed the de-ionizer.

One could also search for a 'Moonshine' kit.

$20 cheaper than the chemistry version, but I'd still suggest pe-filter and de-ionize the feed water.
