1. Find a dead relative (that likes you).
2. See if they own any guns.
3. Treat said relative real nice.(like offering to write the will)
4. Tell the executor you know a great FFL.

If a relative has guns but doesn't like you....start sucking up well before they croak. Make sure the guns are worth the effort.

Considering #1, #3 might be hard to do! :p;)
 
So here is the deal. If the SHTF and I mean truly hits the fan then who gives a bubblegum what you do the popo will have bigger fish to fry. As for inheritance in Washington even with 1639 you can still inherit a gun from a direct family member with out a transfer.
