Help me decide on handgun

That's a NICE lookin Ruger .22! I like it's looks a lot more than the looks of my old MkI bull-barrel "target" pistol. In fact if I owned such a piece I would actually shoot .22LR. As it is all .22 firearms and associated ammo remain in "reserve" should the Zombie Apocalypse happen. Yeah I like that pistol, altho the $450 and up price tag is rich for a Ruger. IMO...

That seems a bit rich.
Both Sportsman Outdoor Superstore and RK Guns list the SR22 at about $300.
Most prices I'm seeing are in the upper 300 - lower 400 dollar range.

Yup. Higher prices for the oddball long slide ones.

We have a threaded barrel one. Waiting on that hearing protection act, which sadly will never get acted upon...

Good fit & nice shooters. Can oft be found on special as well.
