Help in Boise Area installing Adjustable Gasblock...Will provide beer

Seeing if anyone could lend a hand? Need to install an adjustable gas block on a Noveske barrel that I don't think has a dimple. Unfortunately, Im in an apartment so don't have a vice and new to gas blocks. Its the last thing left to do on my rifle.

The jig to dimple/drill set screw divots works perfect, and I used a handheld drill for it.

Maybe try Hawk Tech Arms in Meridian. I think they may do some smithing but don't quote me.
