Other State Hawaii Says LEOSA Doesn’t Apply in the State, Bans Carry by Out-of-State Cops

I don't understand why RETIRED LEO's should have any more ability to carry than I do. Sure, those who are on duty should be able to carry. But if I can't carry in Hawaii, I'm OK for that to apply to LEO's who are not on duty. Enough of the Blue privilege.

Hawaii is cheaper to get to (main island) than USVI. I'm told it's expensive in HI. When I was visiting St. Thomas and St. Croix, I was either looking at jewelry or snorkeling, didn't stay overnight... not sure how expensive it might be to do so.
