Hammerli sp20rrs dbl fire

I have an sp20rrs with the adjustable buffer. (nra bullseye)
I shoot aguila 38 grain subsonic. Work perfectly for about 3000 rnds.
The thing doubles right in the middle of a match, of course.
Anyone heard anything like this before?
I got a neoprene buffer and tried it, no help.

Need to do a complete take down and clean the heck out of it. May also need a new sear spring.
Just let me know if you need assistance doing it. They can be a little tricky.

I've put as much sear adjustment engagement as practical, no help.
I've cleaned everything except I haven't been into the trigger mechanism itself.
I don't know if I want to get into the trigger mechanism, but I will take another look at it.
