Funny how tech advancements work like this. Imagine walking out of a bank robbery with $600 million!

If that wasn't a wild enough story, the hacker later returned nearly all of the stolen currency after the illegal transactions were flagged (which made the money nearly impossible to convert to US dollars anyway).

How much is "nearly all" of $600M? And how noble is turning it in when you're going to get caught sooner or later and you can't spend the money?
