Not true. That is the old Vermont. The new Vermont is infested with old New York double transplanted hippies and yuppies. The retardation level is on par with Berkeley California.

though I lived in AK and you can shoot anywhere outside of city limits if you don't shoot towards a road. I worked the gun counter at PX back in high school/the early 90`s and I sold ruger super RedHawks, desert eagles and SKS rifles hand over fix w/ no waiting period. not sure if you still can or that I think that's a good idea.
