Gun Shops that Carry AR parts?

HI folks,
I know some parts and pieces are a little harder to find these days, but i'm wondering if there are any Portland area or NW "Brick and Mortar" shops that sell parts for tactical rifles. Other than at gun shows, I'm not sure who has a selection of stocks/grips and the like for me to put my grubby paws on and compare. I'd also like to have a local place to call and bug about LPK's, uppers etc etc. you know...support the local economy and all that.
