Put a new Tademkross universal mount on the S&W Victory. The Ruger is a Burris mount.

Has anyone got these yet? Are they in fact the 3. I am concerned the way it says Fastfire 3 MOA, like it is an fast fire 1, with 3 moa dot. Can anyone confirm it is infact a fastfire 3 - with 3 moa? I am not sure if that is what the 3 stands for or it is a model number. Thank you!
