Gov. Brown's Latest Action

I'm curious if anyone else is concerned about Gov. Brown's latest action.
She has released "new" categories of who can get Covid-19 vaccines and
when they can get them.

Under the "new" system, homes drug addicts and illegal aliens can receive
the vaccine before Grocery store works such as checkers and stockers.

This concerns me as I have the greatest respect for Grocery store workers
who have to face literally hundreds of customers a day when statistics say
that out of a hundred random people there are at least 15 who are infected
with covid-19 and are showing no or mild symptoms but are infectious.

It is my opinion that the "frontline" grocery works should receive the
vaccine before people who are NOT citizens and people that do not
work in front of the public for a living.

Ridiculous. Almost all of us have to interact with grocery store workers at some level, they should be right at the front of the line for vaccinations, as with anybody that deals with the public.

Hey now, don't blame me for that turd. In Oregon my vote doesn't count. It's all you in Portland/Salem that decide what the rest of the state has to suffer with. The rest of the state last legitimately no say.

Oh contraire mon frère. A bunch of Oregon repub's got their panties in a wad when Knute Buehler stated he would have to think about the bump-stock ban, rather than give a direct answer right then, when he and other candidates for governor where in a TV debate hosted by Lard Larson. So apparently a goodly number of repub's voted for the other guy that had no chance what-so-ever. So look within our own ranks for those hard core, my way or the highway, conservatives.

As I have stated before the policies and decisions of the State are those that are reflective of the voters that elected these officials. The voters that supported these officials for election created the state of the state and policy management. If they are unhappy with the roll out, they can blame themselves for their own decisions and the authority charged with the state for health care administration.

We've been through that just a day or so ago. There were no viable choices for potland mayor. Well, there was the one guy out of the dozen or so running. His first line in the voters pamphlet said "If you like Portland the way it is, I'm not your man".

So a lot of gun owners decided they would rather have Kate. So they got what they wished for, hope they were happy with the choice they made. Next Governor election they will have the same choice again. There will be 2 choices who can win. If gun owners again decide the "better choice" is not good enough? Then they will again get the worst choice and hope they enjoy it again.

American citizens should be first in line for any publicly funded healthcare, including vaccinations.

With conservatives and anyone right of center that uses logic and common sense fleeing Oregon. More of the same is on the schedule.
