Fixed Gmail Bounce Issue - Attempts to send emails have failed

I'm receiving reports that many of our members with Gmail addresses are seeing our bounced email notice, and as a result their accounts are limited.



I've looked into it and confirmed that this is a known issue with Gmail reporting to AWS that "the email account that you tried to reach does not exist".

I imagine they're working on resolving it ASAP, but until they do, there is nothing we can do on our end. I've tried to respond to those who have reported the issue via the Contact form, but my responses are kicked back from Gmail due to the same issue.

Yes, ongoing

AWS has been having its own issues too.

FWIW, it happened to me here and I was able to resolve it by having another verification email sent and confirmed.

I had a problem with my prefeed email then switched to gmail for this forum. Yes, I'm having a problem also.

My work around was to retype my email address (the original one I've always used for NWFA) into the NWFA update email window, followed by my account PW and submit. This restored my account privileges.

Ditto^^^^^^^ Mine works now too. Click the double verification and then verify your email address in the email that will pop up in your gmail feed.
