I've got no 'dog in the fight' but I do have some experience with LW conversion barrels.

I've got one of these with two differences; mine is a little longer and has threads on the end, and I paid a couple bucks not to have "WyleECoyote" on the top of the chamber..... But, the point is they are great barrels, and I shoot mine with no spring changes. Barrel and mags are all that get swapped, and I've shot a ton of each caliber in my G23, with typical Glock reliability, which for me has been perfect. If you're looking for a good way to shoot 9mm in your .40 Glock, this and a couple mags will get you up and running. GLWS...!!

Yes I have used this barrel in my G22 several times using the stock spring from the G22 and 9mm mags and it was good to go.
