My understanding is the Gen 4 grip is basically the G20SF grip. You can add backstraps to make the Gen 4 grip larger.

The Gen 4 has a double recoil spring, FWIW. I found it to be surprisingly tame. I have never fired a G20.3

Hate any glock 10mm with the stupid finger ridges on the grip. My hands are just big enough to place my fingers on top of the stupid bumps causing my fingers to bruise. The glock 20's without the stupid bumps don't cause a problem for me. YMMV
