How often do we actually see a firearm MFG step up in any of these major cases??? Especially when PSA doesn't even dabble in bump stocks.
Palmetto State Armory and FRAC entered a new amicus yesterday, basically arguing the chevron and lenity issues in this case. Very well presented and it sure is refreshing to see a MFG roll up their sleeves and put their money where their mouth is. Their business approach has always been focused away from gooberment and on the average American Joe/Jane citizen. I've always found that impressive.
Hopefully, some of the other MFG's will take notice and follow their example.
