The good news is they will be rehabilitated in a system where they will come out with a better idea of how to do these illegal acts and get away with them AND a college degree that taxpayers paid for.

So were the older men showing the younger boys how to do it or was it the opposite of that? Youngins showing the older perps how to do it and get away with it..?

Then of course one turns himself in with his parents in tow.
