What's the hold up. He should have been lined up against a wall and shot by a firing squad already. It's not as there is any doubt if he is guilty.
He was caught in the act and they have tons of witnesses.
Line him up and sell tickets for a lottery to be on the firing squad. Donate that money to the family victims.

Did you even read your own article or did you just get on of those emails that says "forward this because Obama's name is in it"???

Just in case you didn't notice the judge ruled AGAINST the defense twice at least. Seriously, Obamaphobia seems to be an affliction that renders reading comprehension and intelligence to a level of a 3 year old.
