I did not get it, so I cannot comment on how it would be related to anything. Maybe if you got the movie reference one post before it would all make sense?
A running joke in the Austin Powers movies. "Sir. It looks like a giant..."

Silencer for a Tank? Howitzer? Regardless, once you see it you can't unsee it.

This actually happened:

For those who can't see it (it is worth watching IMO):

This is a scene from a movie about the case, not actual footage of her shooting the rapist & murderer at his trial. The caption is "Moms demanding action vs. Moms taking action".

Marianne Bachmeier (3 June 1950 – 17 September 1996) was a West German woman who shot and killed Klaus Grabowski, a man on trial for the rape and murder of her daughter Anna, in an act of vigilantism in the District Court of Lübeck in 1981. The case sparked extensive media coverage and public debate. As a result, Bachmeier was convicted of manslaughter and unlawful possession of a firearm. She was sentenced to six years and released on probation after serving 3 years.

She died at the age of 46 and was buried next to her seven-year-old daughter, Anna.
