I had a guy ask me to make some different African type Calibers. He was going to loan me the rifles to do the load development with. Much as I'd like to take on a project like that I'm just too busy doing what I do now. Maybe when I retire (again).Ever tried buying factory .577 Snider ammunition?

Last time I looked at the one company in the USA that actually makes it in small amounts it was around $100/25.
Here in UK and in a number of Southern African countries we can still buy most EVERY African calibre imaginable, especially the British type. They are made not far from where we live by David Little's company, Kynamco. All you have to be is rich, but then most folks who shoot African calibres ARE rich. LOL, the Dave Little I know works for The Gun Works over here in Springfield. One of the nicest and most knolageable gun guys you'll ever meet.
No I'm sure it's not but you do get over here once in a while so I was thinking you might have met him, particularly if you've been in that shop.Probably not the same David Little, I'm thinking.
It's a very common last name. I even have a couple of chickens with it.Probably not the same David Little, I'm thinking.
Koda,I would chrono them both and compare standard deviations and accuracy at 100yds instead of 50. Im curious what the reason is for comparing your reloads to factory loads?
Thank you for that. Theyve been the only place in stock with that keeping me supplied, but this is the first one without the cannelure... as far as I know a cannelure doesnt affect accuracy, I might pick up a few bags.Koda,
