I think they are trying to imply that its the same ban they proposed the beginning of the year but now it will be pushed through by executive action.

Its probably fear mongering. I guess we will learn in the coming days

Yeah that article links an examiner article from February. As I recall this was shelved by the ATF.

I think you guys are missing the point.

Not that I believe the story, but the story is implying that the ban that was shelved in February will now be implemented by EO.

The ban is old news, the other part is not.

In that first link, go the main page and read some of the other stories and then make up your mind as to the credibility.

As I have said multiple times, the source is suspect. The first link is just linking to a post on the second link. Neither is something I would bank on.

Still does not change the fact that they are not talking about the ban as new news, they are talking about a "new" EO to push it into effect.
