    Well?

    In spite of our drought, it started raining here last week. That never makes for a good Dove Opener, so I didn't even try.

    How 'bout the rest of you?

    But of course, the new Eurasian Doves don't know any better, so maybe if I'd gone, I might have seen some of them.

    We've got a bakers dozen of mourning doves hanging out in our back yard! And a really accurate pellet rifle! Hummm! Naw, they don't make much of a meal!:rolleyes:

    image.jpg I skipped the Dove hunt not buy choice I just don't no where to go so I went Grouse hunting with the dog and my old Marlin 90. Only hunted for a couple of hours and shot 2

    Those grouse taste better than dove's do anyhow, and they are more of a meal.
