Do You Change Your Trigger Finger Placement Depending on the Size of the Gun?

no I do not , my grip and trigger control are the same for all my semi auto type handguns , wheel guns I do grip a bit different

Same here. Learn to shoot one gun and you should be able to shoot all similar guns.

I generally shoot other people's pistols better then mine because I take more time shooting them
