I always found it awkward feeling to shoot the M16A1 with the 203 attached… but HOT dam it's a sexy looking rig!
Well I was pretty used to a pump shotgun I had an old Model 12. I actually favored the 203 grip over the higher A1 grip. I felt more at home with it even if it was kind of low. The 203 is a fine piece of equipment. It's like taking your own 40 mm mortar right with you. Gosh the ammo was so heavy though 😬
 
There are some guys out there that load for M3 37mm guns. And bigger. Usually the proper sized can works for the powder measure.

As for the 22mm anti-craft gun I'm pretty sure none were ever made. 20mm and 23mm I know of, and of course we have the GAU/8 which is 30mm. And the Luftwaffe used a .30x90mm cannon in the M-262.
