A gun license would then mean its applicable to EVERY state, even the anti gun ones. Capacity limits and BS aesthetic (grip/muzzle brake/shoulder things that go up.. etc) as well as mega deadly ghost gun 30 round clipazine assault weapon restrictions would be void.

Its a can of worms the antis dont actually want to open. At best it would be a restricted state by state foid system.. and some states wouldnt participate.
