I have to disagree with them about the effectiveness of the 30 carbine. I once shot a squirrel with a 30 carbine and it failed to send him / her (they) to it's maker. I'm certain I hit it as I distinctly remember seeing it flip it's tail in agitation before leisurely scampering away. Therefor what they are calling a myth is obviously a proven fact...
