It's amazing to me these clowns thought any Josephine County jury would have convicted this guy.

DA Ryan Mulkins was raised and educated in Portland. He was initially appointed District Attorney of Josephine County by Governor Kitzhaber, but managed to get elected to office last year.

Sadly, DA's and Judges are like any other human beings. There are some good ones, and there are some bad ones too.

The problem is that the Governor gets to appoint a lot of judges too. And just last year, our dear Governor Brown appointed a new DA in Lane County. I wonder how friendly to gun owners that DA will be?
