WOW that's a stretch.
I wasn't aware the Hammond Ranch was going anywhere. And from what I can find out the only place in Oregon anyone is interested in mining Uranium is in Malhuer county way down by the Nevada border near McDermitt which a LONG ways away from Malhuer Wildlife refuge or the Hammond ranch near burns.
