Every few years I try this. One time It was a circular voice mail, this was after me walking in and being told that "we're high tech now" . The last time I couldn't find any trainers. Has it changed? For better or worse? Clackamas Co Brothers please check in.

Did you call the Clackamas County Public Safety Center, or is that where you ran around in circles?
How about the Sheriff's office?
I remember that Sportsman's and Fisherman's used to have on site classes, but the plandemic probably screwed that all up.
I took my class at Johnson Creek Gun Club and imagine other gun clubs may offer classes.
I'd call Canby Gun Club and see. They seem to be a pretty friendly buch.
