Does anybody have any ideas on how I might put a cloverleaf or semi buckhorn rear sight on my Browning Blr. Browning does not have anything available.
I have a Browning 1895 30-06 which has a rear sight which is described as either a cloverleaf or semi buckhorn rear sight. I prefer this type sight to the one I have on my newer browning blr .308 take down. the sight on the new blr is a flat bar with a notch in it.
I find the clover leaf type sight faster to acquire. Change is hard.
I would appreciate any constructive suggestions.

thanks

I know what you mean, those stock sights are horrible.

Go to brownells.com and search for buckhorn and a few sights will pop up..
Tap the old sight out with a delrin or brass flat face punch and install the same way.
