You sure? The 2 folks in front of me at the post office last week were dropping off UPS packages.

Many have some merit. A lot of statues have the certified mail phrase in them. I mailed a lot of certified mail documents in my career to collect moneys and enforce contracts and always used USPS.

In any event they are probably only postponing the inevitable anyway.
