In Oregon every individual-citizen, policeman, judge, even the governor has to take the same background check-there are no exceptions!

If you were a washington resident it would allow you to buy a handgun w/o a waiting period.. But Oregon doesn't have one.

Otherwise the same.

I was wondering mainly because my sister has her ccl and when she got her job at the airport they didnt need to do a background check on her. They just needed to see her ccl and that was it.
