Can't renew Clackamas Co. CHL online, what am I doing wrong?

Expired 4-30-14, I've been out of town, busy week ahead.

When I enter 2010/04/xxx, it takes me to a page that says I'm not in the data base OR there are only 10 digits in a license number.

Tried with and without / takes me to the same page.

Left a message, haven't heard back from them.

I feel naked, what am I doing wrong?

OK got an answer for anyone else that runs into this online.

Leave out the / and add a 0 (zero) behind the date:

2010004xxx to get the 10 digits
