Can't post pics with ad

Can someone pleasse help me, I try to post pics with an ad and all I get is a statement that stating my attachment file is full. The notice sends me to the smiley face page (which I've never used). There is no connection to my attachment file and no way to empty the folder. Am I missing something simple here???? Oneil
