Washington Buying a gun in Washington from a private party in Oregon

I live in Washington and I'd like to buy an AR-15 lower receiver from a person who lives in Oregon. What does this process involve? I know that I need to ultimately pick up the lower receiver from an FFL dealer in Washington (and get the background check), but how does it get transferred to Washington from Oregon. Does it need to go from an Oregon FFL to a Washington FFL? Or can the seller drive over with it to Washington and transfer it directly at the WA FFL?

The seller can bring it to a Washington FFL, no problem. Check with your FFL first to make sure they will do the transfer from an out-of-state non-FFL.

Way less hassle.

last 4 rifles I bought were from Oregon members. Done 3 transfers at SafeFire and 1 at Limitless America with no issues.
