The shop was on the market in 2007. I looked into buying it, but the drive was to much for me. I went in there a year and half ago and the place stunk, literally.

you probably made a good choice regardless of smell. That has got to be one of the worst locations for a gun shop I have ever seen.

That part of aurora is where businesses go to die.

So a dude on WA guns bought the place. Rencor? whatever sell some guns,or I should say lists his inventory over there so now he getting some proper digs. Seems to hvae good prices. Y'all will see if the rent changes that
