Recob's Target shop, when no one else had powder they did, I think because they aren't listed on Hodgdons website as an official dealer, most people don't know of them. https://recobstargetshop.com/product-category/hazmat/

I've ordered from Recobs before, but their Hazmat fee was higher than other places which sometimes made it a wash. All the same, when availability is limited, you either wait or buy from whatever dealer has it in stock.

I just ordered 16# of powder from Powder Valley this past weekend [Hodgdon Varget, BL-C(2) and Benchmark, Alliant BE-86, Accurate 2495, IMR 4064, Win 231 and 748]; and 1K of Berry's bullets. Hazmat was $19.95
