It would probably be cheaper to just buy one on ebay or somewhere else on-line.

I picked up a ~.30 cal size USB endoscope for $16 shipped, 2m long cable (but not all usable). Uses your computer as the display. I would think that a gunsmith would possibly charge more than that to scope a couple of rifles, plus you would have it sitting around for other rifles, engine cylinder bore inspection, etc.
 
I didn't think to ask what caliber you were looking at. I assumed >0.30 but you probably need something smaller.

Anyway, you can find the scopes in a variety of sizes, but what you need might be too small for the really cheap ones.

I bought mine for inspecting black powder rifle bores down to 0.32 caliber. It works great. I also used it recently to inspect a drainage pipe.
