Back in the day when the black talons came out they were 12 or 13 bucks a box of 20 and that was a lot, you could get a box of fifty hallow points in 40 or 9mm on sale for less.I stocked up on 147gr 9mm for the wife and 180's 40 gr for me.They are still in our carry guns now only in my 40 its one critical duty one black talon staggered in both mags only because the critical duty were given to me as a gift.One of the things they said was that the black talon would penetrate a policemans bulletproof vest bull%%. Federal Hydra Shok is another good round of that day i still have around. I reload so i shoot lot XTPs now

Ditto, I have two Beretta 92fs's and eight magazines full of the 124
gr Gold Dots!
