The headline itself shows just how shoddy the state of journalism is these days. The USSC expanded nothing, it simply rolled back unconstitutional restrictions on an existing right. That's effectively WROL, so I guess nobody in NY needs to recognize any laws they don't like.
The USSC relies on the Executive Branch to enforce it's rulings, so either Trump or De Santis will enforce beginning Jan 20, 2025.
Would their failure to comply constitute a form of treason? you know that is what the left and the dems would accuse red states of doing if they did not obey a decision that went in their favor (abortion rights for example).
Look for the dems to try and pack the court now. Only way to use it as a legislative branch now is pack it full of non-constitutionalist liberals….
Is there a reference to this? Great opportunity for citizens to bring suit against the state. Obviously, lots of officials from the City and Albany have their own character issues.

Actually, SCOTUS Does have an enforcement arm, it's the D.O.J. and under them, the U.S. Marshals service, ( Who, if they actually were to do the job for which they are Constitutnally bound) would march into NYC and any other state, city, county, and Arrest anc charge with TREASON the politicos who refuse to enforce a SCOTUS ruling/law!
