Best Buy screwed me out of $2500

Like an idiot I bought my last TV from BB. The guys asked if I wanted to purchase the extended warranty, I laughed back at em " like you'll still be in business"

Never buy an extended warranty, but I always get Product protection from a third party like Square Trade.. If it breaks the first year or two you have it, chances are they will replace it with something better or give you a check. If it outlasts the product protection, then it's time to buy a new TV anyway and sell the one you got on cragislist. Either that, or just keep using it..
