Berreta 70 or 71 Need Help Please

Please help with information regarding the pictured pistol. Not sure if this Berreta is a model 70 or 71? I believe the year is 1959 as marked, but all the others seen online have roman numerals (ie XV) and not actual year. There seems to be no import marks that I see. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you
