Does anyone know if a bright lawyer somewhere has ever bounced a state AWB against the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act? I know it seems tenuous, but an amiable veteran with a war-wounded thumb might legitimately argue that thumbhole stock bans are stupid. Any of the ergonomic restrictions could be attacked this way.
