I think the shockwave from the MOAB just got to La Grande. A moment ago there was a big thump and the whole house shuddered. Not a sound barrier type boom but something like a house falling down.

Turns out a local Petroleum storage plant blew up here in La Grande just about 11:20am Thursday. Fuel/air explosion really did feel like a MOAB. Blew out a lot of windows and had a fireball/smoke going up about 60'.

Nobody inside, nobody hurt... probably needed an upgrade or got tired of making the payments.
