Another Mystery Powder, Probably H110/W296?

AR has another deal on powder that they advertise as 300BO powder. The burn rate chart they linked to shows it at the same rate as H110. The data they provide matches up pretty close to Hodgdon's data for 125gr 300BO super sonic load using H110.

Anybody think it is something other than H110? Priced at under $17 a lb shipped, seems like a decent deal?
